Calorie Controlled Meal Plan
This is a program appropriate for people who do not wish to participate in a meal replacement program or for those that have 25 pounds or less to lose. All patients receive a medical evaluation by Dr.Borghini. Patients meet with our dietician to design a meal plan. This program emphasizes eating small, frequent meals composed of a combination of lean proteins, fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.
The typical weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week for women and 2-3 pounds per week for men. This also depends on calorie level and dieter’s activity level.
